Balsamic Vinegar

Characteristics

Balsamic vinegar is a type of vinegar obtained from a mixture of wines, in which red wines and white wines are involved, which have been produced from grape varieties: trebbiano, uniblanc, malbec or barbera.

Among its characteristics, a strong and slightly sweet flavor and its dark color stand out.

While the industrial versions are obtained by maturing for periods of 4 to 5 years, the more limited versions of this vinegar mention at least twelve years of maturation, in wooden barrels.
